Use the Print Production tool. <\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Click Tools<\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Click More Tools (if you have this)<\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Click Use Print Production or Print Production<\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Click Preflight (wait about 2 minutes for it to install if you have never used it and then close and reopen Adobe Acrobat).<\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

At the top of the Preflight window, change the drop down from Essentials to Acrobat Pro DC 2015 Profiles.<\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Click the Wrench to the right of Default under the Profiles Tab.<\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Click Default under Profiles and change to Pages.<\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Scroll down <\/span>to <\/span>Scale pages to specified size (Scales all pages of the PDF proportionally to entered value (fit from the inside and add white space)<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Click on Edit<\/span> to the left of the white<\/span> <\/span>flag.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

I<\/span>n the fixup category you should be on Pages<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

The <\/span>Type<\/span> of Fixup is Scale pages.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Choose the short edge and put in the new size you want. For example, if <\/span>you\u2019re<\/span> scaling from 34\u00d722 down to 17\u00d711, the short edge is 11, the long edge is 17.<\/span> <\/span>If you want <\/span>letter<\/span>, the short edge is 8.5 and the long edge is 11.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Apply to all pages.<\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Change unit to Inch.<\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Click<\/span> OK<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Hit fix<\/span>.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Enter file name and location and hit save.<\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>

Once you do this the first time, the settings should be saved so that all you <\/span>have to<\/span> do is go to Preflight and hit Fix.<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p><\/div>\n
